UNNATI 2024 support for applications, departmental queries and incentive claims

SubsidySeva helps eligible businesses understand their position, prepare scheme-aligned documents, answer application queries and file CII, CIS and MSLI claims. We are an independent private consultancy and have no role in government approval.

Current portal notice: further registrations presently stopped in Assam and six other named states due to funding limits

What the present portal notice means

Checked on 26 June 2026, the official DPIIT portal states that further registrations are presently stopped for Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Sikkim because applications have exceeded available state funding. It says registrations may resume if existing applications are rejected or funds become available. The portal separately continues to list 30 September 2026 as the outer registration date.

Practical position: already-filed applications, queries, verification and claims remain active work. A proposed applicant can prepare eligibility and documentation now, but live portal availability must be checked before attempting a fresh filing.

Where SubsidySeva can assist

Application queries and deficiencies

Review the application, identify the actual document gap, prepare a point-wise response and organise supporting records before the response deadline.

Registration readiness

Eligibility, zone, new-unit or substantial-expansion position, DPR and document readiness for a fresh filing if and when the portal accepts it.

Capital Investment Incentive

Claim documentation, investment schedules, invoice and bank-payment trails, prescribed certificates and coordination of the CII file after commercial production.

CIS and MSLI claims

Recurring claim preparation using the relevant loan, interest, production and GST records, subject to the unit's eligibility and scheme conditions.

Send these details for the first assessment

No false promise: eligibility, registration, approval and disbursement rest solely with DPIIT and the concerned authorities. The first assessment identifies the strongest lawful route and the documentation required.
